Integer is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Mexico’s Baja California region to coordinate production schedules and manage resources across one or more products. You will apply knowledge of demand forecasts, staffing, equipment, and ERP systems to maintain smooth operations.

You will monitor inventory, identify bottlenecks, adjust plans for on-time delivery, and generate performance reports. A degree in Supply Chain or related field is preferred, with relevant experience considered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in SCM, Business, or related field; three years of relevant experience accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate production schedules for one or multiple products.
• Determine staffing, equipment, and raw materials to cover production demand.
• Develop and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, resources, and capacity.
• Assign machines, equipment, and labor to production tasks to optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Identify bottlenecks or capacity constraints and adjust schedules.
• Confirm lead times and adjust schedules for delivery times.
• Generate regular reports on production performance (on-time delivery, efficiency).
• Use ERP systems to input and update production plans.
• Perform other duties as directed by leadership.
