Plexus Corp. in Mexico's Jalisco region is seeking a Production Scheduler to optimize resources and timing across the factory.

You will establish the master production schedule, monitor material inventories, and ensure on-time customer commitments while maintaining cost efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor degree with 2+ years of related experience, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to work independently.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand capacity loading requirements for the factory.
• Establish and review the production schedule to meet customer commitments.
• Monitor production schedule performance and inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Resolve challenges through standard policies and procedures with general guidance.
