Integer Holdings Corporation in Baja California, MX is seeking a Production Planner who will coordinate schedules for multiple products, manage staffing and materials, and use ERP/MRP tools to ensure on-time delivery and efficient production. The role requires collaboration with operations, procurement and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a related field or 3 years of supply chain experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; three years of supply chain experience allowed in lieu.
• Strong independent work skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Solid MS Office skills and data reporting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate production schedules for one or more products.
• Determine staffing, equipment and raw materials to cover demand.
• Develop/maintain production schedules based on forecasts, resources and capacity.
• Assign machines, equipment and labor to tasks for optimal utilization.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Generate regular production performance reports (OTD, efficiency).
• Input/update production plans in ERP systems.
