PepsiCo is seeking a Supply Chain Master Data Coordinator to support a team of 10 Data Analysts in North America. You’ll help manage data processes, develop training materials, and partner with supply chain stakeholders to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.

You will influence change, drive efficiencies, and contribute to strategic data initiatives while reporting to the SC Data Management Leader. Join a global company focused on growth and impact.

Formación

• English fluency required - written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Business, Data Analytics, or Engineering preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience managing a team in a service-focused environment.
• Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel).
• Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, Python, other data reporting tools.
• Superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery of SLAs and KPIs in compliance with agreed upon guidelines.
• Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives.
• Resolve any escalated customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Collaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders.
• Identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed.
• Proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gains.
