Job summary

NORMA Group is seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional in Chihuahua, Mexico. The role covers production planning, inventory control and logistics within a maquiladora environment, supporting US automotive customers.

Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years in Supply Chain and be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with up-to-date ISO/IATF knowledge and ERP experience. Willingness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain
• Experience with IATF 16949 and customer certifications
• ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 experience in Supply Chain
• Experience in MMOG and maquiladora environments
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Plan production schedules and material requirements
• Coordinate customer service and logistics processes
• Oversee inventory control and warehouse management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (IATF 16949)
• Support materials planning in repetitive manufacturing and job shop contexts

College Degree any field, Master Degree highly preferred

At least 5 years on similar position with an International Automotive Company

Requires minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Department

Experienced with IATF 16949, and customers certifications and requirements

Experience with ISO14001 & ISO 45000 requirements for Supply Chain Department

Totally familiar with MMOG

Wide and proven experience in Production Planning, Customer Service, Inventory control, Logistics, Customs, Warehouse management and shipping processes.

Experienced with repetitive manufacturing and job shop materials planning in the maquiladora environment

APICS CPIM preferred

Experienced with US Automotive customers support

Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)

Experienced with ERP Systems

Totally focused on results with high attention to details

Willing to travel
