Flex is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Guadalajara, North, to lead planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of supply chain processes. You will oversee methods for new and existing products and interact with executives, customers, and suppliers to align strategies with Flex’s objectives.

The role requires a BA/BS/MBA or equivalent, strong manufacturing supply chain experience, and excellent communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
• Solid experience in manufacturing supply chain and operations
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms
• Fluent in English; able to communicate across regions

In charge of managing and overseeing the methods and processes in hold up of both new and existing products.
