Job summary

ZF Group in Monterrey seeks a Senior Supply Chain Logistics professional to coordinate international multimodal freight, oversee planning, and manage KPIs for performance visibility. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with carriers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

The role requires 8+ years in Transportation Logistics, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience with TMS and ERP systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in Transportation Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution, or related operations.
• Experience coordinating domestic and/or international freight movements, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, carrier management, route optimization, delivery scheduling, and multimodal operations.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international multimodal transportation operations (air, ground, ocean imports; air/ground exports).
• Oversee transportation planning, carrier coordination, route optimization, scheduling, and urgent deliveries.
• Monitor and manage Supply Chain KPIs; produce management reports for performance tracking.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, service levels, and deadlines.
• Analyze disruptions and implement solutions to ensure continuity of supply and on-time delivery.
• Develop and improve departmental procedures to comply with internal policies and standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and logistics partners to meet requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects to boost efficiency.

Your Profile as Supply Chain Logistics:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in Transportation Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution, or related operations.
• Proven experience coordinating domestic and/or international freight movements, preferably within automotive, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, carrier management, route optimization, delivery scheduling, and multimodal transportation operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to address transportation disruptions and urgent delivery requirements.
• Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and multitasking skills, combined with a high level of responsibility and commitment.
• English proficiency, written and spoken, for communication in an international business environment.
