Yanfeng is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Excellence to drive end-to-end performance across multiple manufacturing facilities. You will develop standardized processes, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and implement strategic solutions to improve delivery, inventory, cost, quality, and efficiency.

This role partners with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, materials management, supply chain, logistics, or production planning.
• Experience implementing supply chain systems, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support multi-plant Supply Chain and Materials teams to achieve objectives.
• Develop and deploy enterprise-wide supply chain standards, systems, procedures, and BBPs.
• Drive Lean logistics principles and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Lead KPI management and cost-reduction initiatives across regions.
• Partner with Purchasing, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial teams to align strategy.
