Job summary

Cooper Standard is seeking a Front Line Supervisor for our operation in Morelia, Mexico. You will lead a maintenance team to keep production machinery in top condition, drive TPM adherence, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth manufacturing.

You will participate in staff training, monitor quality and environmental systems, and manage area requisitions. This is an on-site role focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Keep the production machines in optimal conditions.
• Lead the team of maintenance technicians to respond in a timely manner to the maintenance needs of the production machinery
• Actively participate in the training of new staff
• Monitor the compliance of TPM ranges and maintain updated ranges
• Promote and propely utilize the systems, procedures and practices described in the systems of quality, environment and safety.
• Preparation of requisitions for all personnel assigned area.
• Participation and evaluation of failures presented on different machines.
• Complies with policies and procedures pertaining to facility or divisional adopted standards such as IATF 16949.
• Complies with ISO 14001 according to FTM-EHS-12.
• Matrix of Roles Responsibility and Authority.
