CommScope is looking for a Supervisor I, Production (6 months) to join our Delicias team, Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico. Under direct supervision you will organize, coordinate and manage the group leaders of production lines, monitor activities of operators, and ensure shift readiness and adherence to delivery metrics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, administration or related field.
• 1-2 years minimum in similar position, preferably.
• 1-2 years of experience in personnel management (+100 HC).
• Availability to work in different shifts.
• English basic level, preferably.

Responsabilidades

• Review and execute daily production requirements plan complying with delivery metrics.
• Develop controls for scrap, consumables, absenteeism/rotation, efficiency, quality (RTY / Stop line), downtime, incidents.
• Check pre-payroll.
• Review the balance chart of production lines with Manufacturing Engineer support.
• Participate in diverse events and meetings.
• Update and track level changes of collaborators.
• Attend and suggest solutions for general needs from collaborators.
• Update information boards related to production process.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Comply and enforce safety norms and rules.
• Execute activities indicated on standard work document.
• Understand and follow Safety, Health and Environment requirements.
