Formación

Purpose

Ensure that the EPC Contractor and other contractors comply with the Owner's guidelines and standards regarding Social Responsibility and Community Relations. Provide documented evidence of compliance and report to the Owner on compliance status and deviations as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with the EPC Contractor and other contractors/subcontractors, organizing interactions through Work Loops.
  • Review and validate work plans related to Social Responsibility and Community Relations.
  • Supervise adherence to work plans and activities execution by contractors, following Owner guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Collect and compile documentary evidence supporting compliance or deviations by contractors.
  • Report periodically to the Owner on compliance status and deviations.
  • Prepare and present structured reports to authorities, financial entities, and other stakeholders, organized by locality or interest group and according to industry standards.

What you will bring

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Social Anthropology, Social Work, Social Responsibility, Intercultural Management, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in social management within energy, mining, transport, or large infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience with financing schemes aligned with IFC Performance Standards, Framework Principles, or similar.

Software, processes, and tools:

  • Extensive knowledge of the Equator Principles, IFC Performance Standards, SDGs, GRI, and other international standards.
  • Experience working with Indigenous and Tribal Peoples and Communities under ILO Convention 169 and similar treaties.
  • Knowledge of regulations related to Social Impact in the Hydrocarbons Sector (Hydrocarbons Law, related regulations, DACGEIS Energy Sector, etc.).
  • Experience in Social Corporate Responsibility (SCR), compensation, and remediation measures.
