PennEngineering Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate manufacturing operations, ensuring schedules, quality, and process optimization. You will work with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Maintenance to sustain efficient production flow and drive continuous improvement in the assigned area.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 3 years in production supervision in metal-mechanics manufacturing, with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in production supervision within metal-mechanics manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating production processes.
• Knowledge of safety, hygiene and civil protection regulations.
• English reading/writing preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle for production control.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems and problem-solving is a plus.

About the Role

PennEngineering Mexico is looking for a Production Supervisor to coordinate and oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and process optimization.

This position will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Maintenance to ensure an efficient production flow while driving continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned area.

Requirements:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering , or a related field.

Experience & Knowledge

Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision within the metal-mechanics manufacturing industry, preferred. Proven experience in team leadership and production process coordination is required. Ability to follow production schedules and monitor KPIs to measure departmental performance. Knowledge of basic safety, hygiene, and civil protection regulations . Ability to speak, read, and write in English, preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms for production control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems and problem-solving methodologies is a plus.

Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . Conduct root cause analysis when issues arise and implement actions to correct and improve production processes. Manage team-related matters, including work schedules, vacation, and time-off requests. Identify training and development needs to enhance team performance. Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance to minimize rejections and improve process stability.
