• Experienced Production Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead production teams, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Skilled in production planning, capacity analysis, root cause investigation, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Experienced in managing cross-functional projects, supporting new product introductions (NPI), and driving Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
