Siemens Energy is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. You will coordinate people, equipment, and resources while collaborating with Quality, Engineering, HR, EHS, Finance, and IT.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, continuous improvement, and team development, contributing to customer satisfaction and sustainable growth across the plant in Querétaro.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial assembly.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery, industrial equipment, and reading mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Experience with SAP and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills with a proactive mindset.
• Experience promoting Industrial Safety, Quality standards, and EHS compliance in manufacturing environments.

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved. You will coordinate people, equipment, and resources while fostering a collaborative environment across Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, EHS, Finance, and IT teams. Your ability to drive operational excellence, support continuous improvement, and develop your team will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and business success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and coordinate the human and material resources within the assigned production area to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards, production schedules, and customer delivery commitments.
• Drive a strong safety culture by ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of employees in all work areas.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy's Integrated Management System, including EHS and Quality policies, procedures, and standards.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 year of experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial assembly environment.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery, industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, materials, and interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Experience working with SAP and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, risk management, emotional intelligence, and teamwork skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Experience supporting and promoting Industrial Safety, Quality standards, continuous quality improvement, and compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements in manufacturing environments.
