Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking an Operations Manager for our Guadalajara North Campus. You will oversee shift-based manufacturing, drive staffing, inventory, and KPI attainment while coordinating with multiple departments across Flex sites.

Ideal candidates bring experience supervising production teams, knowledge of 5S and Lean tools, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. The role offers competitive compensation and benefits in Mexico.

Formación

• Experience supervising direct personnel and engineering teams (CFTs).
• Knowledge of 5S methodology and Lean tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage staffing and inventory levels to meet production goals.
• Oversee assembly operations to achieve KOI targets.
• Supervise production staff on methods and quality checks.
• Coordinate with other departments and Flex sites for excellence.
• Establish procurement, production and engineering policies and practices.
• Ensure ISO and safety standards are followed.
• Report to Senior Management in weekly operations reviews.
• Coach and mentor the Operations team; drive HR strategies.
• Support supply chain integration of parts and localization efforts.
• Provide training to manufacturing/process engineers on products.
