Baxter is seeking an Inventory Supervisor for our Monterrey facility to ensure inventory reliability and accurate records. You will lead cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and drive root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence.

The role requires 3–5 years in inventory supervision, an engineering degree, and strong experience with ERP/WMS systems. Fluency in English is preferred and Lean methods are a plus.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as Inventory Supervisor.
• Engineering degree required.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and transactional inventory processes.
• Intermediate-Advanced English.
• Lean tools, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inventory reliability and ensure controls are followed.
• Coordinate and track the cycle count program and resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and lead root-cause analyses with relevant areas.
• Monitor inventory KPIs and establish action plans for deviations.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Quality, Planning and other areas to resolve discrepancies or risks.
