Baxter Healthcare in Monterrey is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to ensure accurate inventory records and reliable controls across our operations. You will oversee cycle counts, coordinate with warehouse, production, quality, and planning teams, and drive improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in inventory supervision, an engineering degree, and hands-on experience with ERP/WMS. English proficiency required; Lean and root-cause analysis skills are a plus.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as Inventory Supervisor.
• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and inventory transactional processes.
• English: Intermediate-Advanced.
• Knowledge of Lean tools, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inventory reliability and ensure accuracy between physical and system records.
• Coordinate and follow the cycle-count program, verify timely execution, analyze variances, close discrepancies.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and lead root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor inventory KPIs, establish action plans for deviations, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Quality, Planning and other areas to resolve discrepancies or risks to inventory reliability.
