Baxter Healthcare in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate receiving, shipping and inventory control. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise daily activities while maintaining KPI targets and safety standards.

The role requires at least 5 years of warehouse leadership experience, strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle or JDE, and advanced English. This is a on-site position based in Nuevo León.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years guiding warehouse receiving, shipping, and storage.
• Strong inventory control and KPI tracking.
• Experience supervising non-exempt staff.
• Advanced English required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, and storage processes.
• Manage inventory accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs.
• Lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen).
