Baxter is seeking an Inventory Supervisor for our Monterrey facility to ensure inventory reliability and accurate records. You will lead cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and drive root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence.

The role requires 3–5 years in inventory supervision, an engineering degree, and strong experience with ERP/WMS systems. Fluency in English is preferred and Lean methods are a plus.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as Inventory Supervisor.
• Engineering degree required.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and transactional inventory processes.
• Intermediate-Advanced English.
• Lean tools, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inventory reliability and ensure controls are followed.
• Coordinate and track the cycle count program and resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and lead root-cause analyses with relevant areas.
• Monitor inventory KPIs and establish action plans for deviations.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Quality, Planning and other areas to resolve discrepancies or risks.

Tu Rol en Baxter:

• Supervisar la confiabilidad del inventario, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los controles y procedimientos establecidos para mantener la precisión entre el inventario físico y los registros del sistema.
• Coordinar y dar seguimiento al programa de conteos cíclicos, verificando su ejecución oportuna, analizando diferencias y asegurando el cierre de discrepancias.
• Investigar discrepancias de inventario y liderar análisis de causa raíz, coordinando acciones correctivas y preventivas con las áreas involucradas para evitar recurrencias.
• Dar seguimiento a los KPI de inventarios, incluyendo confiabilidad de inventario, exactitud de transacciones, cumplimiento de conteos cíclicos y otras métricas aplicables, estableciendo planes de acción ante desviaciones.
• Coordinar con Almacén, Producción, Calidad, Planeación y otras áreas involucradas la resolución de situaciones que generen discrepancias o riesgos para la confiabilidad del inventario.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia de 3 a 5 años como Supervisor de Inventarios.
• Ingeniería o carrera terminada.
• Manejo de sistemas ERP/WMS y procesos transaccionales de inventario.
• Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado.
• Conocimiento de herramientas Lean, análisis de causa raíz y mejora continua.
