Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Cleaning and Sanitation Team Supervisor for our Cancún operations. You will lead a team of cleaning staff, develop schedules, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across guest areas and back-of-house operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is expected, with training and uniform provisions provided.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in cleaning or hospitality.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and chemical usage.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations (HACCP, OSHA where applicable).

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management certification is a plus.
