AutoZone in Chihuahua, Mexico seeks a Collections Supervisor to lead daily collections operations for assigned accounts and drive performance improvements. You will monitor metrics like DSO and delinquency, coach staff, and escalate complex cases while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in collections or credit, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business, and bilingual English/Spanish.

• Prior leadership or team coordination experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
