Flex in Guadalajara, North Campus is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a small team and ensure accurate inventory records, cycle counts, and timely transactions.

You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, material recalls, damaged goods handling, and provide back-up support to purchasing. Strong Excel skills and a bachelor's degree are required, with English basics preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of inventory control and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level preferred).
• Experience in personnel management and team supervision.
• Basic English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews and confirms inbound inventory accuracy and outbound shipments; maintains inventory records.
• Coordinates physical inventories and investigates variances; adjusts records as needed.
• Coordinates delivery/pick up of materials from supply room and recalls when requested.
• Monitors damaged and defective products; ensures proper handling or return to production.
• Supervises inventory control staff and provides communication for improvements; back-up to purchasing as needed.

If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Inventory Control Supervisor, located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor, the role involves responsibilities for activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.What a typical day looks like:Reviews and monitors the timely confirmation and accuracy of inbound inventory, outbound shipments, and book adjustment transactions to ensure accurate inventory management records.Coordinates and performs the taking of physical inventories in accordance with the manufacturers’ requirements, investigates inventory variances; directs the performance of daily/weekly cycle accounts and adjusts inventory records if necessary.Coordinates delivery/pick up of materials from supply room, if exists.Coordinates the activities associated with product recalls upon request.Monitors the activities associated with customer return shipments including overages, shortages and damages; communicates concealed damages to manufacturer.Coordinates damaged and defective products, ensuring it is accounted for and properly handled by dumping, reconditioning, or returning to producing plant.Supervises all inventory control personnel, if any, to achieve objectives relating to inventory control management, provides communication and suggests inventory improvements to supervisor.Provides back up to purchasing agent, if necessary.Keys receipts of materials, if necessary.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Effectively communicate with associates and customers in person and via telephone, verbally and non-verbally to accomplish necessary objectivesEffectively review performance of subordinates, if any, to ensure compliance to requirements.Must be able to shift priorities easily. The experience we’re looking to add to our team:Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of inventory control and inventory management.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level preferred).Experience in personnel management and team supervision.Basic English proficiency.
