To manage, monitor and supervise the processes related to certification and surveillance, organize the people involved in the certification, ensure compliance with current requirements and regulations.
- Comply with the policies, regulations, procedures, and other guidelines related to the operation of the OCPe-CIP.
- Formulate and/or participate in the review of procedures and other documents related to certification and oversight processes, as part of continuous improvement, to ensure their correct execution and optimization.
- Coordinate and supervise the management of received documentation to maintain control and ensure its proper use and handling.
- Supervise internal processes for controlling records of processes under the responsibility of the Certification and Oversight Area.
- Address questions or suggestions from the process coordinators under the responsibility of the Certification and Oversight Area.
- Coordinate with other areas, governing bodies, and, where applicable, with other entities to ensure the effectiveness of the processes under the responsibility of the Certification and Oversight Area.
- Coordinate the development of events related to certification processes (certificate issuance), with the support of the resource coordinator.
- Review and validate the information related to the processes under the responsibility of the Certification and Oversight Area to consolidate the information and report it to the OCPe-CIP Board of Directors.
- Ensure that all personnel involved in the certification process review and interpret the required Certification Schemes.
- Coordinate and supervise the Area's personnel to ensure the proper performance of their duties.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or similar field.
ENGLISH LEVEL
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in assessment or certification matters.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CAD & PLM Systems.
OTHER SKILLS
- Knowledge and use of project management tools.
