Adient Planta Derramadero seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead preventative and corrective maintenance, ensuring stable operations and reduced downtime. You will analyze equipment to identify cost-saving improvements and support plant expansions.

Requires a university degree and a minimum of six years of experience in maintenance leadership within manufacturing. This role is based at Adient Planta Derramadero in Mexico.

Formación

Analyzes production equipment to prevent costs associated with unexpected machine downtime and to identify opportunities for improvements. Assists senior management with plant improvements and expansions. Maintenance Managers supporting medium/small org size plants will often be found to be associated with this level. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6 Years suggested minimum experience.
