Bombardier Mexico invites applications for the Job Leader, Methods role to oversee the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of production and service processes. You will optimize workflows and lead a team of engineers to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required: a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, a P.Eng. if applicable, 5–10 years in industry, and strong Lean/Six Sigma skills. The position offers a competitive benefits program and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation, if applicable
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Proven experience in team management and leadership
• Strong proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis tools

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of production and service processes
• Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and operating methods to enhance efficiency
• Establish, track, and drive performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead and sustain Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify optimization opportunities and lead end-to-end improvement projects
• Promote a culture of operational excellence across teams and functions
• Lead, develop, and engage a team of engineers and technical professionals
• Set clear individual and team objectives and ensure performance follow-up
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver industrial engineering projects on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices
