Bombardier is seeking a student in the final semesters of a degree program to join the Organizational Development team. The role involves coordinating new hire orientation, creating training materials, and analyzing data for reports.

Strong English, communication, and teamwork are required, with basic MS Office and Canva skills. The role supports professional development events and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Currently studying in final semesters of a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• English proficiency at an advanced level is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities and multitasking capacity.
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Canva experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage orientation logistics for new hires.
• Create and update training and orientation materials.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports related to organizational development.
• Assist in coordinating cultural and professional development events and activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects within the department.
• Provide administrative support to the Organizational Development team.
