Bombardier is hiring an Intern for the Supply Chain team in Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M). The role targets recent graduates in business administration or related fields who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong English skills are required, and the position offers a temporary internship with opportunities to contribute to invoicing, purchasing, and vendor documentation. As part of the team, you will analyse parked and blocked invoices, resolve payment issues, and support

Formación

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year since graduation in business administration or related field.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse parked & blocked invoices.
• Resolve issues preventing payment of invoices.
• Follow up on payment of invoices.
• Create or revise purchase orders for parked & blocked invoices.
• Submit demands and follow up on all prepayment requests.
• Follow up open purchase orders with suppliers.
• Expedite open purchase orders with suppliers.
• Support logistics agents with slides and documentation for vendor PMR.
• Assist with other related tasks.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Analyse Parked & Blocked invoices;
• Resolve all issues preventing us to pay these invoices;
• Proceed with the follow-up on the payment of these invoices;
• Create/revise all purchase orders for the parked & blocked invoices;
• Proceed with demands and follow-up of all prepayment requests;
• Proceed with the follow-up of open purchase orders with our suppliers;
