Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking a student to assist the International Payroll Team with multi-country payroll processing and accurate recording. You will help prepare payroll journal entries, support month-end reconciliations, and participate in case closures within the payroll system.

You will contribute to payroll reports, documentation, audits, and cross-location communications. A university degree track in business/accounting and strong Excel skills are expected.

Formación

• Enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an analytical mindset.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare payroll-related journal entries.
• Assist with month-end payroll reconciliations and payroll provider uploads.
• Support the review, assignment, and closure of cases within the payroll ticketing system.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll and pension reports.
• Support the documentation and maintenance of payroll processes and procedures.
• Assist with the submission of share-related information in the TRESS system.
• Review employee expense submissions for payment processing.
• Validate vendor invoices and support the payment approval process.
• Communicate and coordinate with payroll service providers across multiple international locations.
• Support special projects and departmental initiatives as required.
