Job summary

Flex is seeking a Warehouse & 3PL Operations Manager to lead high-volume warehouse activities in Guadalajara, North Campus. You will drive inventory accuracy, supplier quality, and continuous improvement across the supply chain, overseeing internal and outsourced warehousing with focus on service levels and cost control.

The role requires a senior background in warehousing, logistics, and 3PL management, with strong data analysis, ERP/WMS proficiency, and ISO/compliance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Quality Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Senior experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Extended leadership experience managing large operational teams and/or third-party logistics providers.
• Strong experience managing warehouse outsourcing models and 3PL relationships, including governance, KPI management, and SLAs.
• Proven track record in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics execution, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and 3PL operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, shipping, and distribution activities.
• Own the operational performance of internal and outsourced warehousing providers through KPI reviews, SLA management, and governance routines.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle count programs, physical inventories, reconciliation processes, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Optimize warehouse productivity, labor utilization, space management, throughput capacity, and operating costs while maintaining world-class customer service levels.
• Develop strategic partnerships with 3PL providers, ensuring alignment with Flex operational, quality, and customer requirements.
• Lead customer complaint investigations, inventory-at-risk management, non-conforming material reviews, MRB participation, and supplier corrective action processes (CAR/SCAR).
• Monitor and improve warehouse, logistics, quality, and supplier performance metrics through data analysis and operational reviews.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety requirements, Flex policies, customer expectations, or regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse, operations, and quality teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives to improve service, quality, inventory accuracy, productivity, and cost performance.
