Scopely is seeking a Talent Partner to attract, engage, and hire exceptional technical talent across Engineering, Data, AI/ML, Marketing and Technical Product functions. You will own the full lifecycle recruiting process and partner with leaders to shape hiring strategies.

You will build and maintain high-quality pipelines, use data to drive decisions, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Formación

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in gaming/tech or high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting for Engineering, Data Science, IT/Security, and Technical Product roles.
• Ability to build and manage strong pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive hiring strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for technical roles from intake to offer.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data/AI, and Tech leaders to plan hiring needs.
• Source and engage top technical talent via markets mapping, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Build passive candidate pipelines for critical roles.
• Advise hiring managers with talent market insights and competitive intel.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract engineering talent.
• Evaluate candidates against role requirements and team needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and process management.
• Collaborate with interview teams to calibrate hiring criteria and assessments.
• Lead offer development, negotiation, and closing with HR and leadership.
• Leverage recruiting metrics to improve outcomes and processes.
• Stay updated on AI-enabled recruiting trends and market shifts.
