Job summary

Hunter Douglas is seeking an experienced Supply Planner to coordinate production plans, manage inventory targets, and support S&OP. You will work with Manufacturing, Supply, and Logistics teams to balance capacity, materials, and customer service while driving cost reductions and working capital improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in logistics or manufacturing. Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, SAP/IBP knowledge, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2+ years of Logistics, Operations/Manufacturing, or supply chain experience.
• End to end supply chain understanding.
• Analytical, verbal and written communication skills; able to partner across functions.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel/PowerPoint) required.
• SAP/IBP knowledge required.
• APICS certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate production plans to support manufacturing and minimize inventories and costs.
• Collaborate with planners on inventory targets, safety stock, and working capital goals.
• Support S&OE process with timely production plans and material needs.
• Contribute to monthly Supply Reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Advise on capacity changes and implications for production, inventory, and distribution.
• Provide logistics perspective on business issues beyond principal accountabilities.
• Maintain timely and clear communications with team leaders and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
