Flex, located in Guadalajara, is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Manager to direct planning, development, and maintenance of supply chain processes. You will lead a team, oversee budgeting, and drive strategies with executives, customers, and suppliers.

The role requires experience in manufacturing environments, fluent English, and strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. This on-site position reports to the Purchasing Manager Direct and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in similar position.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Interaction with internal and external suppliers (fluent communication).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of materials, supply chain, price negotiation, and NPIs.
• Experience in manufacturing (Engineering).
• Negotiation skills for sourcing/quoting materials.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
• Checks materials related to data research.
• Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals.
• Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
• Interacts regularly with executives, customers and vendors.
• Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drive.
• Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.
