Cuckoo Electronics America Inc. is seeking a strategic Supply Chain Leader to oversee end-to-end operations, aligning logistics, procurement and distribution with business goals.

The role requires 7+ years in supply chain with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity, strong data analytics, ERP proficiency and excellent communication.

You will build supplier relations, optimize inventory and transportation, drive continuous improvement, and mentor the team in a fast-growing environment.

Formación

• 7+ years in supply chain management, logistics or procurement with 4+ years in leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required in SCM, Logistics or related field.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships; negotiate contracts and terms.
• Oversee inventory levels to minimize costs and avoid dead stock.
• Manage transportation and distribution networks for timely delivery.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.
• Identify disruptions and develop contingency plans.
• Hire, train and manage the supply chain team.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and promote sustainable sourcing.
