NEOTech is seeking a senior Supply Chain leader to own the end-to-end SC strategy for assigned accounts within the EMS/electronics sector. You will oversee purchasing, planning and inventory control, driving improvement in OTD, cash flow and risk management.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in supply chain leadership, a strong track record in inventory optimization, and the ability to manage remote teams across regions while maintaining rigorous processes and high standards.

Formación

• Strong background in customer program management.
• Deep understanding of electronics market dynamics.
• Proven experience in inventory optimization and working capital management.
• Experience managing cross-regional, remote teams.
• Ability to operate in high-volatility supply environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, process development and negotiation skills.
• Successfully manage multiple, competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency and minimal direction.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
