TE Connectivity in Hermosillo, MX is seeking a Supplier Excellence Leader who oversees supplier readiness, performance, and development for complex or high-impact suppliers. You will lead audits, improvement plans, and risk evaluations and partner with Strategic Sourcing to support supplier selection, localization, and dual-sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field with 8+ years of experience.
• Masters degree or local equivalent may be preferred at this level.
• Experience in supplier management and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee supplier readiness, engagement, and performance across quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
• Lead supplier audits and on-site assessments with improvement plans.
• Prepare and present supplier performance assessments and risk evaluations to management.
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing to support supplier selection, localization, and dual-sourcing.
• Drive supplier improvement initiatives for high-risk suppliers.
• Support risk mitigation and recovery plans for ongoing programs and disruptions.
