TE Connectivity seeks an experienced NPI Strategic Sourcing Analyst based in Hermosillo to drive regional/global sourcing for new product introductions. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure timely, cost-effective supplier readiness and risk mitigation across prototype through mass production stages.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field preferred.
• MBA in SCM or Procurement is a strong advantage.
• 12–15 years of overall professional experience, with 8–10 years in procurement/strategic sourcing.
• Hands‑on experience in BOM interpretation, RFQ execution, should‑cost modeling, cost rollups, variance analysis, and project‑phase tracking.
• Strong technical and commercial exposure to molding/plastics, stamping, machining, tooling, and electronics.
• Experience with NPI sourcing and supplier development within cross‑functional projects.
• Fluent Business English with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support and execute regional/global sourcing strategies for NPI launches.
• Translate BOMs, specifications, and project requirements into sourcing actions.
• Track supplier readiness across prototype to mass production stages.
• Lead RFQs, supplier selection, and negotiations for launches and transfers.
• Develop supplier strategies aligned with commodity and project requirements.
• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing process including contracting and onboarding.
• Conduct market intelligence and supplier capability assessments.
• Drive supplier performance via reviews, capacity planning, risk mitigation, and KPI governance.
