Job summary

Milwaukee LATAM invites an experienced Senior Supplier Development professional to lead the strategy and capability development for the supplier portfolio. You will assess capability, capacity, and readiness for new programs, and drive roadmaps with clear milestones across Procurement, Quality, Engineering and Operations.

You will coordinate cross-functional recovery plans, manage risks, and coach teams toward operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering discipline.
• 7+ years in manufacturing, supplier development, operations, or supplier quality.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives; people management preferred.
• Lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, root cause analysis and operational excellence.
• Data analysis using Excel and Power BI; statistical methods knowledge.
• Advanced English proficiency.

• Prioritize supplier development work based on business need and risk.
• Lead assessments of capability, capacity and readiness for new business.
• Develop supplier roadmaps with owners and milestones.
