Formación

In this role you will be helping our users by ensuring their products are installed properly, and also with their account and support related inquiries.

What You Will Do:

• Create and maintain Digital Content
• Provide Licensing and Installation support
• Provide support for Computer hardware and Operating Systems and Graphics Drivers
• Perform the role of a Support Coordinator
• Provide support for Altair One account related inquiries

What You Will Need:

• Being an active university student with a graduation date from December 2026 to June 2027
• Majoring in Engineering
• Availability to work Half-time
• English language – advanced proficiency
• Hybrid – Mexico City
• Knowledgeable in computer hardware, and operating systems
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of technical users and management
• Excellent presentation skills
• Aptitude for solving engineering problems
• Good communication skills (Oral and Written)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn new things
• Knowledgeable in Installation and Licensing (preferred)
• An expert in Windows and Linux operating systems (preferred)
