Chamberlain Group México is seeking an experienced Sourcing professional to develop and execute strategies, build strong supplier relationships, and ensure policy compliance. The role supports New Product Development decisions and drives cost-reduction initiatives across categories.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of sourcing experience, a Bachelor's Degree, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, with travel up to 20% expected for domestic and international projects.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Knowledge of ERP or Material Requirements Planning; negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and execute sourcing strategies with suppliers and ensure policy compliance.
• Facilitate decision-making on New Product Development projects and sourcing issues with options and risk scenarios.
• Manage NPD and productivity project roadmaps for assigned categories; identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Identify sources to support new programs and launches; assess supplier capabilities.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
