Amphenol TCS de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Sourcing Specialist responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic suppliers while supporting new product introductions. You will analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and optimize procurement processes.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree, advanced English proficiency, and at least four years of sourcing experience. This role offers opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally and drive cost-effectiveness and quality in the supply chain.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (90% or higher, spoken and written).
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate suppliers ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to optimize pricing and service levels.
• Conduct market research to identify sourcing opportunities.
