Chamberlain Group México is seeking a Sr. Sourcing Agent to join the Operations and Supply Chain group. The role develops and executes sourcing strategies, builds strong supplier relationships, and ensures policy compliance.

The incumbent facilitates decisions on New Product Development projects, presenting options, risks, and recommendations to the team. Requires 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree.

Formación

• 5+ years of sourcing or related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and execute sourcing strategies with suppliers.
• Support New Product Development projects with risk and options.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities across categories.
• Assess supplier capabilities and capacity; recommend sources.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and monitor performance.
