Flowserve Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to manage the full RFQ/RFP process, run sourcing events, and select suppliers based on Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost.

You will negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and ensure compliance with the global category strategy while supporting tenders and commercial operations. The role emphasizes supplier risk management and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain and procurement functions.
• Experience managing RFQ/RFP processes and supplier negotiations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Ariba) and related sourcing tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Travel flexibility to support regional/global sites.

Mansioni

• Execute sourcing events per system workflows for Sites/BUs.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain best value across Quality, Delivery and Cost.
• Finalize contractual agreements and load them into applicable tools/ERPs.
• Adhere to Global Category Management strategy and preferred supplier lists.
• Create and update supplier records and changes via MDG-Supplier processes.
• Identify and escalate supply risks affecting scope of work.
• Support commercial operations for tender-related quotes.
• Operate in accordance with Flowserve policies and procedures.
