Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in program management, procurement operations, or category strategy, with direct experience managing commercial corporate card programs and global travel/TMC systems (e.g., Concur and ERPs).
• Language proficiency: English (written and verbal) to lead international workshops.
• Hands-on automation, RPA & AI experience with workflow automation tools and AI productivity solutions.
• Advanced BI and data analytics skills with Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel.
• Strategic communication: craft executive narratives and run cross-functional workshops.
• Change management: drive large-scale user adoption and embed process improvements.

Aufgaben

• Lead design, development and implementation of processes within area of expertise across departments.
• Support sourcing of a multi-million USD budget and develop sourcing strategy for managed categories.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Present results and business recommendations to upper management.
• Collaborate across LAC organization on corporate, international or divisional sourcing initiatives.
