Job summary

FedEx Express México is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to support cost improvement and supply chain initiatives in the Mexico City area.

You will manage supplier relationships, lead category strategies, and ensure policy compliance while leveraging automation and analytics to drive value. Fluency in English and 4+ years in procurement or program management are required; experience with Concur/ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement operations or category strategy.
• Experience with corporate card programs and global travel systems (Concur, ERPs).
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Automation, RPA and AI knowledge with workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of sourcing plans and projects to improve cost and supply chain.
• Manage a multi-million USD budget and supplier relationships.
• Conduct category management, competitive bidding, negotiation, and supplier qualification.
• Drive cost-to-serve improvements and ensure policy compliance.
• Present results and recommendations to upper management.
