CHEP UK Ltd. is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing 3PL in Mexico City. This hybrid role leads regional category strategies, champions supplier negotiations, and drives 3PL procurement excellence across multiple spend areas. You will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver cost savings, quality and sustainable practices while ensuring compliance with global procurement standards. The position emphasizes risk management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience of third-party services, operations or manufacturing with cost savings.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sustainable category sourcing strategies for the region/function.
• Lead category management using data-driven insights and market intelligence.
• Negotiate complex terms and manage supplier contracts to secure favorable pricing.
• Oversee supplier performance across key categories and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for procurement and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing with business needs and risk management.
