CHEP is looking for a Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance to lead the Risk Management Framework across CHEP Latin America. This role involves managing compliance governance, internal controls, and team leadership. Candidates should have 7–10 years of experience in a multinational environment, strong leadership skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. The position offers the opportunity to shape risk strategies within a collaborative and ethical culture in Mexico City.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in risk, internal audit, compliance, internal controls, or finance within a multinational environment.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Risk Management Framework for CHEP Latin America, identifying and reporting risks.
• Act as liaison with Brambles Internal Audit, supporting audit planning and issue closure.
• Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations across the region.
