Job summary

Flowserve Mexico is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive bookings and deepen relationships with key customers across the region. The role requires deep knowledge of rotating equipment and seals, and the ability to coordinate with application engineers, service, and manufacturing to meet customer needs.

You will educate customers on product features, prepare proposals, and present solutions with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years relevant experience in sales/engineering.
• BS or BA degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with rotating equipment pumps and seals.
• Knowledge of API 682 and API 610 standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive bookings levels to meet/exceed assigned bookings goal.
• Maintain regular communication with key customers in the area.
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales objectives.
• Serve customers as primary contact for all business dealings and concerns.
• Educate customers on quality, features, and uses of Flowserve products.
