Jabil in Mexico (Jalisco) seeks a Purchasing Lead to ensure materials supply matches demand, optimize overall purchasing costs, and support business development with customers through strategic purchasing initiatives.

You will recruit, interview and hire Purchasing Supervisors and Planner/Buyers, coach staff, develop training, manage performance, and drive cost reduction while ensuring materials availability aligns with the Master Production Schedule and supplier performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5 years experience including 2 in supervision.
• APICS CPM certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview and hire Purchasing Supervisors and Planner/Buyers.
• Coach Materials staff and develop succession plans.
• Coordinate performance management and coaching.
• Drive cost reduction and monitor cost trends.
• Ensure materials availability aligns with the Master Production Schedule.
