Job summary

Kohler is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to join onsite at our Juárez, Nuevo León operation. The position supports three Sanimex plants, maintains material coverage, tracks orders, and coordinates supplier actions to protect production schedules.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in manufacturing purchasing, with strong data discipline and cross-functional collaboration. Fluency in English/Spanish is preferred, and ERP experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain material coverage and timely purchasing support for three Sanimex plants to prevent shortages and production interruptions.
• Manage purchasing follow-up from demand review and PO placement through supplier confirmation and delivery.
• Monitor open orders, shortages, supplier commitments, and delivery exceptions; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate supplier recovery actions and urgent plant requirements based on production impact and lead times.
• Provide dashboards and reports that improve visibility of material coverage and purchasing performance.
