Steelcase in Mexico is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end proposal and presentation process for prioritized sales opportunities, coordinating with sales teams, dealer partners, and subject matter experts to understand customer requirements and develop proposal strategies.

The role emphasizes timely, high-quality proposals and collaboration across pricing, contracts, and other teams, with a focus on using AI tools to improve development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, sales support, marketing, or a related business environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe suite tools is needed.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the end-to-end proposal and presentation process for prioritized sales opportunities.
• Partnering with sales teams, dealer partners, and subject matter experts to understand customer requirements and develop proposal strategies.
• Coordinating internal and external resources, defining responsibilities, and managing timelines to ensure successful proposal delivery.
• Developing compelling, accurate, and brand-aligned proposal content that supports business growth objectives.
• Managing multiple proposal projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting customer deadlines.
• Collaborating with sales, pricing, contracts, and other cross-functional teams to strengthen proposal competitiveness and effectiveness.
• Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals, presentations, and supporting materials throughout the sales process.
• Leveraging AI tools to improve proposal development.
